​Know what you are looking for? Pick a class from the timetable and book a trial class now. Classes are taught in Hebrew, but our instructors speak fluent English and a large part of our members are English speakers. On Saturday nights we run a class taught in English by Philip Paul.
 

Frequently asked questions
 

Do I need to register in advance for a class?

Yes. For a trial class you need to register in order to reserve a place.

Am I committed to a particular group or a fixed day?

No. Registration is not tied to a day, a group or a specific class. You can come to any class you want, without committing to a particular session or group.

Can I train in both Tel Aviv and Netanya?
Yes. The same membership or punch card is valid at both branches.

 

What happens if I cancel or miss a class?
There are no make-up classes. You can cancel your place up to 3 hours before an evening class, and up to 10 hours before a morning class.

 

Are there classes at the weekend?

In Netanya there is a Friday morning class. In Tel Aviv there is open mat at 12:30, and from August also Saturday night classes.
